Vegan Family Dinner

Shared dinner with some old and new friends tonight, it was great. It’s amazing how refreshing it is to have new friends around. Maddie and I made spaghetti squash with a spicy tomato, spinach, oil and vinegar sauce it was amazing. Our next vegan cooking night is Friday when Maxwell is going to make us enchiladas I can’t wait.
